I just tweaked the code to track another muscle wrenching, 6 pack building exercise (also much favored by the Army it seems) - sit ups.
Like pushups the format is really simple
@gtFtr situps 3 sets 12 reps
Now I'm thinking that both situps (and maybe pushups as well) probably need a couple more parameters such as style (flat or incline, straight curl or cross over) - what do you think? Don't be shy... comment here or contact us.
